This page describes how the site is managed with reference to the European Regulation 2016/679 (so-called GDPR, hereinafter also "Regulation"). This information is provided pursuant to Article 13 of the aforementioned Regulation to those who interact with the web services for the protection of personal data, which can be accessed electronically from the address http://www.saloduparc.it which corresponds to the home page of the official website. The information is provided only for this website and not for any other websites consulted by the user via links.

    PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing operations connected to the web services of this site are carried out only by personnel in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal data provided by users who request information or the sending of informative material (newsletters, brochures, catalogues, replies to enquiries, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if necessary for that purpose.

    TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA

    Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

INFORMATION ON THE USE OF COOKIES

The www.saloduparc.it website uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure that procedures work correctly and to improve the experience of using online applications. This document provides detailed information on the use of cookies and similar technologies, how they are used by www.saloduparc.it and how to manage them.

    Definition

Cookies are short text fragments (letters and/or numbers) that allow the web server to store information on the client (the browser) to be re-used during the same visit to the site (session cookies) or afterwards, even days later (persistent cookies). Cookies are stored, according to user preferences, by the individual browser on the specific device used (computer, tablet, smartphone). Similar technologies, such as, for example, web beacons, transparent GIFs and all forms of local storage introduced with HTML5, can be used to collect information about user behaviour and the use of services. In the remainder of this document we will refer to cookies and all similar technologies by simply using the term 'cookies'.

    Types of cookies

Depending on the characteristics and use of cookies, we can distinguish different categories:

    Google Analytics

The www.saloduparc.it website also includes certain components transmitted by Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Again, these are third-party cookies collected and managed anonymously to monitor and improve the performance of the host site (performance cookies). Google Analytics uses 'cookies' to anonymously collect and analyse information on the usage behaviour of the www.saloduparc.it website (including the user's IP address). This information is collected by Google Analytics, which processes this information for the purpose of compiling reports for www.saloduparc.it operators on website activity. This website does not use (and does not allow third parties to use) Google's analytics tool to track or collect personally identifiable information. Google does not associate the IP address with any other data held by Google nor does it attempt to link an IP address with a user's identity. Google may also disclose this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Users can selectively disable Google Analytics by installing the opt-out component provided by Google on their browser.

    Duration of cookies

Some cookies (session cookies) remain active only until the browser is closed or the logout command is executed. Other cookies "survive" when the browser is closed and are available on subsequent visits by the user. These cookies are called persistent and their duration is fixed by the server when they are created. In some cases an expiry date is set, in other cases the duration is unlimited. www.saloduparc.it does not use persistent cookies. However, by browsing the pages of www.saloduparc.it, you may interact with sites managed by third parties that may create or modify persistent and profiling cookies.

    Managing Cookies

Users can decide whether or not to accept cookies by using the settings on their browser. The total or partial disabling of technical cookies may compromise the use of the site functionalities reserved to registered users. Conversely, the usability of public content is also possible by disabling cookies completely. Disabling "third-party" cookies does not affect navigability in any way. The setting can be defined specifically for different websites and web applications. Furthermore, the best browsers allow you to define different settings for 'proprietary' and 'third-party' cookies.

    DATA COLLECTION OPTIONALITY

Apart from what has been specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide the personal data indicated in the request forms on the website www.saloduparc.it or in any case indicated in contacts with the Office to request the sending of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested. For the sake of completeness, it should be recalled that in some cases (not covered by the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases a reply is compulsory under penalty of administrative sanction.
